Description
This set contains all the components required for mounting photovoltaic modules on trapezoidal sheet metal roofs. Only for transverse modules, screw connection of the short rail parallel to the top bead.
The short rails are screwed directly to the raised corrugation with two self-drilling screws per short rail. To prevent water ingress between the short rail and the roof covering, the short rail must always be mounted on the raised corrugation/ridge, and EPDM sealing tape must be glued in between.
First screw the lower part of the rail parallel to the high bead and then click in the upper part crosswise.

The modules are then mounted on the short rails using the appropriate Klickfix quick-fit clamps. Please also note the clamping areas specified by the module manufacturer.
If you mount two modules directly next to each other, connect them in the centre with a centre clamp. At the end of a module row, the modules are attached to the short rails with end clamps.
