Description
Wood screws, also known as plate head screws, are used to fasten the roof hooks to the rafters. The usual lengths used are between 80-120 mm. Longer plate head screws may be required for above-rafter insulation.
The length of the plate head screws required is determined by the distance from the contact point, i.e. the base plate to the rafter + the screw-in depth in the rafter (min. 70 mm).
Our pan head screws have a cutting notch and a Torx 40 screw head.
