Description
The Wall Performance mounting rail serves as a base rail for attaching PV modules to the façade.
This base profile is always mounted parallel to the long frame side of the modules:
- If the modules are mounted on edge, the base profile is also anchored vertically to the façade
- If the modules are mounted horizontally, the base profile is also mounted horizontally.
Anchoring in the façade is carried out using façade anchors that are matched to the substrate. This can be very individual depending on the substrate. Please contact us for anchoring solutions.
Our Roof trapezoidal | medium rails (total height 25 mm) are then screwed across the base profile using the appropriate self-tapping screws. The trapezoidal rail can either be screwed in full 6.00 m lengths or as short rails at the respective clamping points of the profiles. Please ensure that the anti-slip device is screwed onto the module frame correctly. This is screwed to the mounting holes in the module frame so that the modules can then be hooked onto the respective rails more easily.
Anti-slip protection is not only available for mounting with trapezoidal rails, but also for mounting with our standard performance mounting rail (40×40 mm).
The modules are then clamped with the appropriate module clamps, sliding block and screw.
