Description
Our performance mounting rail (40×20 mm) is generally used where the mounting system needs to be as cost-effective as possible and no large distances need to be spanned or the local loads are low.
Mounting profile, aluminium (blank), span up to 1.50 m (depending on the snow and wind load zone, terrain category, angle of inclination of the roof, etc.).

Connection to the upper channel with sliding block in M8 thread. The slot nut can be swivelled in at any point for fastening the module clamps using a cylinder head screw (hexagon socket). Alternatively, our quick-assembly system with Profiness click clamps can also be used.
The connection to the lower channel is made either via the head of the DIN 933 M10x25 hexagon head screw or the Profiness hammer-head screw. The hexagon head screw is cheaper, but must be threaded in from the side; the hammer-head screw can be screwed in at any point.
