Our Strong mounting rail (40×40 mm) reinforced is the stronger version of the classic 40×40 profile.
Mounting profile, aluminium (blank), span up to 2.65 m (depending on the snow and wind load zone, terrain category, angle of inclination of the roof, etc.).

Connection to the upper channel with sliding block in M8 thread. The slot nut can be swivelled in at any point for fastening the module clamps using a cylinder head screw (hexagon socket). Alternatively, our quick-assembly system with Profiness click clamps can also be used.
The connection to the lower channel is made either via the head of the DIN 933 M10x25 hexagon head bolt or the Profiness hammer-head bolt. The hexagon head screw is cheaper, but must be inserted from the side; the hammer-head screw can be inserted at any point on the profile.
