Description

Our Profiness1O (40×40 mm) rails are the absolute classic, which are used at the vast majority of installation sites in Germany and Europe. Due to the anodised finish, black profiles are particularly suitable for use in near-shore areas.

Of course, black anodised profiles can also be used simply for optical reasons.

Mounting profile, aluminium (black anodised), span up to 2.45 m (depending on the snow and wind load zone, terrain category, angle of inclination of the roof, etc.).

Connection to the upper channel with sliding block in M8 thread. The slot nut can be swivelled in at any point for fastening the module clamps using a cylinder head screw (hexagon socket). Alternatively, our quick-assembly system with Profiness click clamps can also be used.

The connection to the lower channel is made either via the head of the DIN 933 M10x25 hexagon head screw or the Profiness hammer-head screw. The hexagon head screw is cheaper, but must be threaded in from the side; the hammer-head screw can be screwed in at any point.
