Description

This set contains all the components required for mounting photovoltaic modules on trapezoidal sheet metal roofs.

The short rails are screwed from the upper bead to the upper bead of the trapezoidal sheet with four self-drilling screws per short rail. To prevent water ingress between the short rail and the roof covering, the short rail must always be mounted on the raised corrugation/crest, and EPDM sealing tape must be glued in between.

The modules are then mounted on the short rails using the appropriate Klickfix quick-fit clamps. Please also note the clamping areas specified by the module manufacturer.
If you mount two modules directly next to each other, connect them in the centre with a centre clamp. At the end of a module row, the modules are attached to the short rails with end clamps.
